Since women vote about 70% socialist historically, I'd say yes, it was a mistake.

But, the real mistake is to allow a simple majority decide elections. We need both a "none of the above" vote and and a super-majority, that's 75-90%, to decide elections or the passage of laws.

That's the problem, Joe. Elections don't "move us ahead", they empower politicians to live off of us.

Had a chat with my wife yesterday as we lounged in a post-tax-season stupor. Apparently she's 100% against taxes but in favor of wealth redistribution.

Motherhood must be doing weird things to her brain.

I coulda used a none of the above choice in many recent elections. I like this. Of course, nobody would EVER get elected under these rules. Then what?
