scottmandue, we're travelling in the same arena (almost!). I collect antique clocks. Have over 50 to date, always looking for more.

I started collecting shot glasses but reconsidered for fear of looking like an alky.

I collect "Do Not Disturb" signs from every hotel I have ever stayed for my job over the past 7 years. Someday if my boss ever pisses me off beyond recovery I hope to take the whole bag and dump it on his desk and say "This accounts for all *****'n trips on the road, making money for you while being away from my Kids and Wife!" or maybe it would make an interesting modern art work?

Used to collect soap from every hotel/motel I stayed in from around the world.

Now, lots of loose change (I must have a few hundred dollars lying around) and apperantly a lot of dust.

I have made a point out of NOT collecting anything material. Anything I do not use or enjoy regularly is thrown away.

I do collect memories of times of well being and harmony.

There was a girl in college that collected pubes from all the guys she slept with - kept them in envelopes in a little file cabnet. I dated her roomate and she showed it to me once. made me rather ill. I swear to Gawd it is the truth! Her name was Lilly and we called her Lilly White - kinda a vailed reference at her being as pure as a white lilly. Not certain what her last name was and I never gave her a sample of either form of DNA. That road was well worn and my suspension was fitted for rather "virgin" paths so to speak.
