Thanks!

Wayne,

Thanks for taking the time and effort to work on this! The site is responding well, I just need to get used to the new "look and feel"...

Brilliant stuff......can't wait to see the finished item...

The only question.. .can we cope with the withdrawal symptoms?
We're going cold turkey here....

its tough without a twice daily fix..

thank you for all your work on the forum. seems to load up fine.

was lost when i didn't see the 'quick jump' thingys at the top but i see now you're working on it. phew!

don't like the new look though. not enough contrast i think? for me this new version is a step backwards in terms of 'viewing ease'. maybe i'll get used to it though.

Just twice a day?

I think that makes you an amatuer junky.

Thanks for all the effort. I concur twice a day = abstinence
If you like I will run some validation tools on the site to show any major whoops.

Thank you for all of your hard work. Had little bouts of withdrawl a few times today but I managed to re-focus on getting some real work done today.

I found out something today....apparently there are places on the internet that also contain information. I always just used Pelican as my source for interesting news....
Wow, that was scary...good to be home.

+1 on the many thanks for this site.

I am so happy to see the preview when I hover over a thread. It is like Christmas in July.

Wayne -
Thanks for all your efforts.
I know nothing about how these things are set up or run, but I have a question/suggestion -- would things move faster/be more efficient if the complete header wasn't loaded for every thread/comment/login? All the tabs/images etc. have to take some time/bandwidth, especially multiplied by the sheer number of users/clicks/pages.

Good luck -- at least "losing t1 line" and "RAID failure" aren't (yet) signs of the apocalypse.
