I'm afraid to answer in case there's psychological repercussions.

It's totally full.

Roughly 1/2 full of water, roughly 1/2 full of air.

It is an empty glass with a fake metal ring ornament half way up.

There, I wiggled myself out of that potentially neurosis revealing trick question.

Anything less than Full, is not full
and to classify something which is not fully something
as "half-----" is half-azzed.

Neither: the glass is twice as large as it needs to be.

Actually, the glass is more than half-full.
Most people would 'fill it' up to a point about a half-inch from the top and be perfectly happy with their full glass. Then after they have consumed approximately 40% of the contents, they indulge in the old half-full debate.
Suck it up and drink!

If you knock over the glass, it's the half full part which gets your lap wet.

The half empty part never hurt no one.

It appears that the circumference of the bottom is larger that that of the top so I would say, by volume, its more than 1/2 full of liquid.

It’s half full.

Half empty mathematically is 1/2 * 0 = 0
Half full mathematically is 1/2 * 1 = 1/2
