Grilled a couple of Ribeyes marinated in olive oil and Caribbean jerk seasoning. Sides: Baked potatoes on the grill, ranch style chili beans and cheddar/garlic biscuits.

Lynn cooked up two chickens on the BBQ rotisserie tonight, slow cooked them for 3 hours; the meat was falling off the bones! Yummy. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and a tossed salad. Scrumshish!!

We had shrimp, crab, lobster and salmon... all off of the plane after a flight. Yes, we are out working and will be until the 29th when we get 3 days off.
