It seems I too am well below the median income, but on the bright side I'm significantly younger than 51 AND I'm 100% male!!

$195/Hour

Based on a 50 week year at 40 hours per week.
If you figured a 70 hour work week at 50 weeks it'd be $111/Hr.

A million a year is $500/Hour

$390,000.00/2080 = $187.50/hr.

Remember the power of the AMT. Your tax burden rises very rapidly so it is not as spendable as it seems. I would also imagine that many are self employed and having to set aside a fair amount of their income for retirement, further draining the spendable cash.

Wow! I an unsure (and this is not a matter of right, wrong or indifferent), but...

1. 365.25 / 7 = 52.x weeks
2. 52 * 40 = 2080 hours
2. Our payroll system uses 2080 hours to calculate your hourly rate.

I must be getting paid an extra 80 hours.

$187.50/hr.

With a median income of 390K Porsche must be only selling 2 cars a year. Believe me I don't want to make 390K a year. I try an make as close to $0 as I can every year.
