send those 2 slugs over along with a cheque for 50K Euro's per head
that'll take care of the first 3 months.

my reform program takes on all sorts of problems, and is 100% effective

what we have here is a failure to communicate

Do you think i would enjoy 2 slugs in my house??
they don't smell right
they don't look right

i live in a rural area, nothing goes unnoticed
My rep has to be maintained, which is very difficult when there are 2 nancy boys in my house
hence there are additional requirements when dealing with them, eg, i'll have to arrange some kind of additional housing, get a pigfarmer, to rent out an pigstable attic or something, plus they will need some form of transportation... as i'm not going to bloody taxi them around...the nancy boy thing again...
In general, it's a lot of extra overhead, nothing comes cheap...

maybe you can send em to Livi...he'll fluff the slugness right out of them

I take it under your program a roundtrip ticket is not necessary...

certain things can be arranged per request
although for some packages, it prefer Aruba... there is to much digging going around here in Flanders... and although they regularly find remains, the WW1 diggers would look mighty surprised if they dug up something looking about 90 years to fresh for their taste

from Snatch

"You're always gonna have problems lifting a body in one piece. Apparently the best thing to do is cut up a corpse into six pieces and pile it all together. And when you got your six pieces, you gotta get rid of them, because it's no good leaving it in the deep freeze for your mum to discover, now is it? Then I hear the best thing to do is feed them to pigs. You got to starve the pigs for a few days, then the sight of a chopped-up body will look like curry to a pisshead. You gotta shave the heads of your victims, and pull the teeth out for the sake of the piggies' digestion. You could do this afterwards, of course, but you don't want to go sievin' through pig ****, now do you? They will go through bone like butter. You need at least sixteen pigs to finish the job in one sitting, so be wary of any man who keeps a pig farm. They will go through a body that weighs 200 pounds in about eight minutes. That means that a single pig can consume two pounds of uncooked flesh every minute. Hence the expression, "as greedy as a pig"

We don't do that here in Flanders though, it's to messy, and i'de have to pay more folks to help out moving things, bribe, keep quiet,
so i operate with a crew , but work solo, less overhead that way, and less folks who know...
it's common sense

D,

The girls would benefit more from a longer term stay over here...and try to send them in the spring/ summer, December in London isn't the best..

There is a whole building full of US school and college kids right next to my office... over the semester they are here they turn from loud and brash teenagers to calmer and more confident young adults...

The transformation is so obvious in some as the realisation dawns on them that no matter how much parental support they get, both financially and emotionally, their own internal resources and achievements are the raw material for their own lives...and that can only be achieved when away from home.. regardless of the 'success' they have achieve there.

In the context of the slug, the realisation that the 'lifestyle' is only a thin veneer on a 'life' would place a context around the slug that brings the superficial attractions into sharp focus...

Or more bluntly....he might be a big fish.. but the pond in which he swims is shallow and small...placed in a bigger pond he is far less interesting...

The only thing to be wary of is the travel flexibility his cash gives him...pointless being away if slug is flying over every other weekend.

Good luck with it all...

Thanks, MFAFF, for your serious input. Truth be known I probably worry too much about my stepdtrs likely because I have no children of my own. And they are very level headed young women.

The one in the beauty pageant fotos spent last summer in NYC interning for her uncle's company and was given quite a bit of free reign. She went out with very little direct help and landed an agent and some modeling gigs that were relatively profitable (i.e., Jantzen swimwear, Bill Blass and VS in both photoshoots and runway). But she also got screwed out of some fees after she returned home and learned some valuable lessons. Yet she was lonely for her bf and was ready to come home. She has always maintained good grades and has been motivated towards college and neo-natal nursing. But bf is not going to school where she can pursue her major and that is influencing her negatively. And that seems to be a major factor in her sudden decline in grades.

The other one visited her uncle in Europe and did just fine. She is not head over heels boy crazy like the other one...she's very feisty and independent. Wants to keep her options open aand date around.

They really are great young women. Bright, attractive, athletic, full of potential. I try to gently keep them of the mindset that there's plenty of time to settle down. To live life, see the world, establish your own careers and then start looking for a mate after you've lived a little. In other words don't settle in for the "starter marriage" in your early 20's as is so common in the deep south (as elsewhere).

D,

You're welcome..

And that last sentence is spot on...I'd suggest that its easier to see that as a youngster when you are in the middle of a very large foreign city...and being obliged to sort yourself out.. a month when there is a 'due home' date is easier to cope with...a semester away with potential to stay away another thing altogether...

May I also add that don't settle for a 'starter life' in your early to mid 20s...lots of time to try things out and see what's the right way forward..

Yes, Dueller. The more you tell us about them, the more I believe these young women are perfectly capable of creating a happy life for themselves. Yes, I think maybe you worry too much which, in effect, is just a testimony of you being a good parent.

BTW, you refer to the guys as slugs. Whats the meaning of that?

Oh, and I still think Sweden would do them good!

It's a general hint of excessive slime present whenever the bearer of this title is in the vicinity

Thanks guys! I need improve further on my English. Particularly if any unexpected Americans should drop in.

You are a good man, Dueller. I donīt think you have anything to worry about.

Stijn, how about a few of us euro Pelicans get together and host an American Teenager Camp on the Riviera this summer?

Riviera... hmmm.... will you reserve your uncles boat or villa Livi??

and Dueller yes, i can keep the scandinavian clogger away from her...
just not to sure about the rest of the Riviera...
For a small fee, i can arrange for serious protection, trained professionals... think Rosa Klebb in From Russia with Love

Yes Sir. The wine yard, the yacht and the apartment in Monte Carlo will be available. Free tickets to this years Grand Prix as the balconies are overlooking the best part of the track.

No euro trash, just me and Stijn and the staff. Doing our very best to accommodate and provide prudent guidance into the adult responsible world.
