Why restrict it to either race or gender? I'm gonna start carrying a .22 when I walk home for lunch, and plink all the idiots yacking on the phone, driving 15 over the limit on my 35mph residential street, not using their turnsignals while they cut me off as I legally cross the street.

If one lived in an area where the demographics were tilted towards a black majority, I could see there being a disproportionate amount of black women seen talking whilst driving. However, I'm in Atlanta several times during the week (largely considered a black majority)and it's usually the forty-something average white 'suits' being putzes (hmm. sp?) in their MB sedans swerving down GA 400. I don't think it's a racial issue but a personality-type issue. Over motivated people who are trying to cling to every dollar they can and the average individual who cannot stand the sound of silence.

Here is the real story: A noted Cancer Researcher has warned his laboratory employees that prolonged use of cell phones can elevate cancer rates. He advised them to not overuse their cell phones. His basis is some new research.
