Wow, those names make "Rainbow Dreamcatcher Smith" and "Mystic River-Fox Johnson" seem acceptable and . . . mundane.

Lighten up, Francis. We took calls from kooks all day long. You can't not laugh at some folks with crazy names or the letter from the high school English teacher full of horrible grammar and spelling or the $15 a year donor who thinks Bob Dole is gonna return his calls. We were never rude to anyone, but we had some laughs around the office. In fact, I once got played by a reporter calling in, pretending to be a willing donor and asking me all kinds of weird questions. I suspected something was up, but was polite to her and answered everything in all seriousness. Months later some random donor mailed in a newspaper clipping of this woman's column in some FL newspaper writing about her conversation with me. She did say I was polite. And she wasn't even a real donor. Kinda weird that I was the guy who opened that letter not addressed to any specific person or office at the RNC.

Remember when Kate & Alley was on tv? Around that time Susan St. James brought her two kids to interview at my prep school. I didn't meet them, but their names were Harmony and Sunshine.

I was just watching Seinfeld and they had Drake's Cakes on there. Man, that made me miss the east coast. I gotta find me a source out here.

These folks are idiots and should not be breeding. That kid will be changing his name about 5 minutes after he turns 18, unless he is as stupid as his parents

A couple in Nordstroms Rack had two kids with them. The husband was in line with one, and was telling him "Socrates, quit touching the gloves". He then shouted to his wife, who had the other, "Take Aristotle to the car and I'll meet you there".

My wife and I couldn't keep help but snicker, nevermind keep a straight face.

Was at daughters school music recital, some parents of course had their other kids with 'em. From behind me I heard a "Dammit, Ranger and Charger, stop screwin around and sit down proper!"

And what's with this new trend of giving first names that are usually surnames? CNN's weatherman's first name is Reynolds. And who names their kid Smith? I knew a Jesse James in junior high. I went to high school with Ivan Boesky's twin boys. We called one of them Ted the Terrible. Actually, they were very cool.

Parents had requested swastikas on prior b-day cakes. Obviously Aryan Brotherhood types. They eventually convinced a local WalMart to make the "Adolf Hitler" cake. I'll bet that WalMart store manager got a call from corporate.

What a pathetic story. Good for the store NOT to do the cake.

I can't help but think that a guy that names his kid AH doesn't deserve a bullet in the friggin' head? What an absolute idiot.
