The internal soreness is quite impressive at this point, a sneeze is a very very painful experience. My guts are speaking to me in some rhythmic rumble that comes on every time I move. It's a bizarre dance where you never know if this or that particular rumble means business or if it's just background noise. Keeps me on my toes....good times...good times.

Not sure on the ginger ale but my mom gave us warm Vernors when sick as kids.

I'm drinking a diet Faygo ginger ale right now. Better than Vernors, if you ask me.

Yeah, there's some medical reasoning behind it. Ginger ale will let you keep fluids down, even when you're throwing up plain old water.

If you can't keep ginger ale down, get to the hospital right away.
