Even now after I've eaten some light meals and been drinking a lot of water I'm still down 13 pounds. All water I know but it's funny anyway.

Probably the only advantage of a real, good old flu, is the weight reduction. Good to hear you are shaping up and feeling better, Len!

I feel for you Lendaddy, I really do. Same thing happened to me except I was on a flight back from Toronto. Started feeling a bit sick about 20 minutes from landing. Thought it was just a bit of motion sickness. After landing it was down hill from there. I was with a customer, he had to drive my car back home. As we were driving I did shait myself, friggin' horrible. An hour and 1/2 ride feeling like that. I don't think two words were said the whole ride back. Back home the same stuff coming out both ends. The worst part was not feeling ant better after throwing up. Usually you feel a bit better after tossing your cookies not with this. You felt just as bad just waiting to throw up again. So 36 hours later and 9 lbs. later I started feeling better. I ate oysters in Toronto. I think that's what got me. I'd rather have a broken arm for the 6 weeks than go through that again. Feel better.

I've been like that since Monday. 4:00am. Just went back to work today. Worst I've had it in years.
