i am back. i did two runs and bagged it. the snow was very crusty and unforgiving. i have a pass, so no need to get injured with three months of snow left.

I wish that snow stuff would stay up there where it is wanted. We don't want anymore!

Oklahoma City is approaching our all time winter snowfall record. We have the forecast of two more snow storms on the way. Normally we get a couple of inches of snow and it is gone in a day or two. Damn global warming.

i also took the 951 out to stretch her legs, and jezebel, too, because it was relatively warm. fun day.

Got my new laptop... Good thing I ordered an optical drive to go with it.... that should be here tomorrow... It doesn't have an OS on it now....

Yup this is going to be the hackintosh.... So no biggee that its got no OS... Just can't play with it until I get snowkitty... My toys from newegg get here tomorrow... I will have an external disc drive then... I'll load ubuntu on just to make sure it works....

what method are you using to load the mac OS?

Buying the disc.... Picking up the disc Saturday at the genius bar.....

its going to take more than just the disk to install it on a non-mac pc....

ok, as i thought. it is also piggybacking on the chameleon installer.

I'm on my way home with snow leopard.... See if I can get it to install on my laptop or spare pc.
