Only my iPad and iPhone have a camera. It would look like George Clooney using a computer. I get women asking for autographs all the time. Well mostly when I am at the checkout and they hand me back my debit card. I often sign it George Clooney.

1964 porsche 356 project

was surfing and found this, wish I lived near it, could purchase and flip very quickly, even if it is a bucket of ****.

azzarule 02-08-2014 05:41 AM

anybody live close enough to check it out for me if it is still available?

GH85Carrera 02-08-2014 06:01 AM

South Dakota is not close to anything except Mt Rushmore and it ain't real close to that.

azzarule 02-08-2014 06:08 AM

yeah I know. Heading that way in August.

Rick V 02-08-2014 06:10 AM

Morning Y'all,
Azzy if that 356 was in ND I could help you but SD is one state where I don't know anybody.
Beth and I had a really bad week so we decided we were going to go out to dinner last night and just unwind........................
Spent two hours in BestBuy getting her a new phone, then I started getting sick during dinner and someone left me a low grade fever to look forward to this morning. I missed cars and coffee this morning.

GH85Carrera 02-08-2014 06:24 AM

I am a fixing to go to the El Camino club breakfast. I think my Elky is about as dirty as possible from salt, Magnesium Cloride , and sand with some road dirt thrown in. We will not be hanging around in the parking lot looking at Elkys today. It is 28 and windy.

azzarule 02-08-2014 06:24 AM

Rick,

I hope you feel better soon. I have felt a bit off all week, sinus blah blah, but have pushed through it!!

Don't you hate it when you are sick AFTER work finishes on a Friday, sucks

Rick V 02-08-2014 06:41 AM

So I guess we can look forward to colder and windier later this week. Thanks Glen

azzarule 02-08-2014 06:46 AM

Where in SD? That's a big freaking state. I'll be up there in April for a couple days, but I'm flying and won't have a car.

azzarule 02-08-2014 07:01 AM

no idea where in SD.

porsche4life 02-08-2014 07:03 AM

Oh and they salt like crazy up there. I wouldn't be surprised to find more than normal rust.

azzarule 02-08-2014 07:47 AM

yeah, but most 356's are as rusty as **** anyway. But for that price you could put in a whole new floor pan, and still have fun, with a rat look outlaw, putt around Historic rego car

RKDinOKC 02-08-2014 08:45 AM

Several years ago saw a 356 for sale that was so rusted out it was mostly 2x4s holding the various body parts that had the serial numbers in place.

Porsche-poor 02-08-2014 08:56 AM

Morning all off to studio for a few hours.

Porsche/Morgan joint venture?

RKDinOKC 02-08-2014 10:14 AM

Think 2x4s were to put the various small pieces in the shape of the car so you would know it wasn't a tractor or something so little metal was left.

Wait, maybe it was a Morgan.

nynor 02-08-2014 11:09 AM

its gonna be a long winter/spring. the dogs are constantly muddy. its driving me a bit nuts.
