Evening Y'all,
So Beth was out today and I decided to do something nice for her, so I set up the tree. Yeah someone forgot to tell me I have a messed up back, now I am flat on it.
No good deed goes un punished

nynor 12-05-2015 02:17 PM

back problems suck. just saying.

Rick V 12-05-2015 02:20 PM

Doing nice things suck

RKDinOKC 12-05-2015 05:38 PM

This is not a good time for me.

Neighbors tree cutter upper friend from her churck put her storm damaged limbs between my mailbox and the light poll in my front your. City garbage collection specifically states not to stack tree limbs for storm damage pickup close to mailbox or utility poles. Now I gotta move em before they come to pick them up monday, tear up my mailbox and say it was my fault because i stacked them too close..

Glen yes by all means please send your chiropractor over to see me, I have some stiffness I need worked out.

Well found a deal I could not pass up and ended bringing home a useless spoon, it is called The Judge, Night circuit judge to be exact it is a 410 shotgun in the form of a revolver but will shoot 45 Long colt which is a rather nasty round. It will be great for hiking up in snake central where Beth and I like to go hike.

load that bastard with those nasty shotgun rounds with disks and such in them....

We had a good Christmas party for the Porsche club. Good food and good service with good friends. Good deal.

Hehe, a "she'll be right mate" attitude ;)

BTW, they eventually talked the dude down that was causing all the kafuffle in Vas's town.

looks like that cactus is well endowed, but too old to get it up.

nynor 12-06-2015 01:12 PM

i took the 951 out to stretch her legs. some donut in a turbo charged subaru wouldn't let me merge. so, foot to the floor. they tried really hard, but at about 110 the 951 started to walk away. as i started to slow, i looked down at the speedometer.... 120MPH.

after that, they stayed a respectful distance behind me.

Rick V 12-06-2015 03:12 PM

Spent a pile of money today for a new mattress, my old one has a slow leak in one of the air chambers that I just can't find and the leak is getting to be not so slow. Now I have to wait for the frigging thing to be built and shipped.

RKDinOKC 12-06-2015 04:04 PM

Is it a sleep number? Been thinkin bout gettin on o them.
My mattress is only about 30 years old.

Slept on one of them blow up a extra bed air mattresses at a friend's in San Jose.
Went to sleep just fine, but woke up flat on the floor with no air.
Rest of the stay slept just fine on the couch.
Still woke up earlier than my friends and went out on their balcony, drank some coffee, and read on a book till they got up.
Was nice CA morning weather and could hear someone playing very good piano concerto stuff from the balcony.
It was a great trip besides that one air mattress morning.

Rick V 12-06-2015 04:24 PM

Yup, I have had one ( a cheap knockoff) for a decade and I hate sleeping on anything else, it it amazing once you get it set to where you want it. I have a screwed up neck and like a firm mattress, Beth has a couple of wacked out disks in her lower back and likes a softer bed, so this is the answer for both of us

Oh Haha 12-06-2015 04:32 PM

Well, the Christmas stuff is out and installed as necessary. Also, built my daughter another gymnastics bar today. Pretty darn nice day here at 45 degrees and sunny.

Weather idiots are forecasting above normal temps for the next 10 days. That doesn't bother me a bit.

My daughter decided she didn't want to go up to the funeral home for visitation of the girl that she knew. I think she should have but didn't push the matter. I signed the online guestbook.

RKDinOKC 12-06-2015 04:33 PM

My brother says he has some kind of add on that makes the division between the two sides almost non existent and much more comfortable even though they have different firmness on each side.

My Mom's old bed has a newer mattress and box springs, but it is some kind off tall combination thing that is hard as a rock. Brother got it for her when they bought a bunch of mattresses for a training center with hundreds of hotel beds. Mom wouldn't say anything and wouldn't let me change it, but I think it was part of her problems waking up with her legs hurting at night. The mattress and box springs are so tall the box springs set directly on the floor to be regular bed height. Put it on the bed rails and it was so high Mom would have needed a step stool to get in bed. It is not comfortable at all for me, it's like a way too hard hotel bed.
