Then of course you can't go out there in 2 minutes and you don't want to take an hour, so he wanted to find the right time window to present his "sample" to the attractive nurse. He said that was the weirdest part, handing his load to some woman he have never met.

They found swimmers, so he had a second vasectomy, and after a while, went back and did the same um whack job. The nurse the second time was a different cute lady. He always wondered if the guys with the top level insurance got some help from those hotties in providing the samples.

Hay David, you can have your crappy weather back! This is nuts. It was raining this morning, and now it is 52 at 11:20 AM. And the low tonight is forecast as 42. Total calendar slippage. It is supposed to be low 80s out there now.

Been raining here for days as well. At least it isn't snow.

The best type of problems!

One of my non Porsche friends came over to see my scissor lift and of course noticed my 911 in the north bay, my wife's Macan in the middle bay and my El Camino in the south bay. He said what a problems, deciding which of the Porsche you should drive. I explained that Macan indeed has my name, an my wife's name on the title, but it is my wife's car, and I only drive it if I have some need for hauling something large inside and dry, or more than one passenger. Three cars for two people is another first world problem.

Of course then he saw the garage was an oversized 3 car garage and he loved my bathroom in the garage, and the workbench with room to open the giant doors of the El Camino all the way, and not hit anything and still have room to walk around. I told him that garage is why I agreed to buy the house. Th scissor lift, AC and heat were added after we moved in as was the fridge. We also added a scaredy hole tornado shelter out there. Never have been down there for a storm, but it is like having a gun at home. I really don't want to ever need to use it.

We have three cars for two peoples, but only a two car garage.
That means the wife has to drive the other car on street-sweeping days.

We don't have twirly wind things here.
I have a small fridge in the garage but it almost never has anything in it. I should prolly unplug it.
I have a sink similar to the one below the garage. It isn't a bathroom, but in a pinch ……

Yea, it is wonderful just to be able to wash my hands and face after mowing the yard and not track grass into the house.

There are no street sweepers out here in suburbia. They have some downtown I presume. On occasion I see some trash or debris from the litter bugs in front of the house I just pick it up and throw it away. The worst is the dang smokers that think the world is giant ash tray and as soon as they are done getting a fix, if they flick the butt away it vanishes into thin air in their mind. I see several butts in the street and the sidewalk when I mow. My driveway is pretty big. It is the width of the three car garage, and deep enough to park a car up against the fence and I can still get in our out of my garage, and the driveway down to the street itself is two cars wide. A lot of concrete. The builder must have had a deal on concrete. I also have a concrete sidewalk that will let me walk all the way around the house, close to the house on concrete and never step off of concrete.

During one progressive dinner for the Porsche club I had 9 Porsches parked on the driveway, and several in front of the house.

We have an AS400 midrange computer. It is managed with the old 5250 terminal. The windows terminal emulator that IBM gives you requires you login twice for a terminal session. I use an aftermarket 5250 terninal program on my mac autologons. Turns out for terminal emulation the same aftermarket emulator is better for the PC aswell.

Just can't get my head around how typing my user ID and password twice to use a program is better than not having to type it in at all. Happily pay $39 out of my own pocket to NOT have to enter my id and password twicee 8 or 9 times a day.

Guess just don't have that PC mindset.

I use Putty for most of that. I don't do much though with terminal emulation. I use it mostly for our managed switches and such.

We are down to 4 cars and two motorcycles and just recently added a third driver. Our insurance does not like her driving the Cobra though. Don't think they would have liked her driving the 911 either which is funny since that is the first car she ever drove. She used to help move it out of the way before she had her license.

Have peed into cups, jars, bottles, and even my radiator once, hose broke, did not want to pour beer unfiltered into radiator, so tied rag around hose, drank the beer to filter it, then peed in the radiator to drive home. But never wanked into a cup or jar. There have been a few girls in college that might as well have been a jar though. Their just layed there descriptions were warm glass of water, or between the couch cushions.

Hey. TGIF!

The only pee tests or blood tests I have ever had was for my medical health checks and the report went to my doctor. Never had a drug test, and since I don't do drugs at all (except beer) they would have been a waste of time. I had opportunities in the past, and I just refused to participate. I was at one buddies house drinking his beer and laughing a lot, and someone brought out a shoebox full to the top of Quaaludes. I declined any, and finished my beer and excused myself. I did not want to be around that crap. I have handed off many joints without a toke, and just stick to beer.

It is amazing to me what people will try to get high. I feel fine with a couple of beer, or without the beer even. I just love a beer with a meal, and it is almost mandatory after mowing the yard. I open the tailgate on the Elky parked in the garages, open the garage door, and the back door to the yard, and get flow through ventilation, and sit under the ceiling fan, listen to the music, and drink a beer and cool off, and relax for a few minutes. Then I go take a shower.

TGIS! It’s raining here this morning. I guess I’ll need to hunker down in the garage today. 👍

It is finally warming up a little. It was 44 degrees this morning. The weekend is supposed to be warmer.

More rain coming tonight. We are way above the average for rainfall.

We have some odd orange/yellow ball of light in the sky, I forget what it is called.

Yeah, what is that yellow thing? We’ve been seeing mid-50s for the lows and mid-60s for the highs for quite a while. Lots of overcast skies, and some light rain every few days. So far this year, we’re at almost 125% of our annual rainfall. We still have 7+ months to go.
