heres my TRUE story of an almost axe murder.................

sitting at an exxon station on se corner of bell and cave creek road one day getting fuel. at the time across the street was a quicky mart.

herd some commotion at quicky mart. saw quicky mart employee yelling somethang to bad guy. bad guy appeared destitute and homeless by dress.

bad guy goes around corner. comes back with big assed AXE! quicky mart employee locks him out.

bad guy starts walking across street(busy intersection) in cross walk with axe.

old old old grey haired women starts going north with traffic light in crosswalk towards bad guy. bad guys coming towards her.

old old bat was in LA LA land or some crap cuz she didnt notice axe or something. meds maybe.

im starting to freek. tell gas station owner to call cops. i grab M-9 and rack one in my truck. leave M-9 on seat about 6 " from my hand.

i am really freaking now thinking "alright....bad guy takes swing at old bat, and im a gonna have to shoot him to stop bloody murder." crap at this time is flowing down my leg. bad guy walks past old bat and she never winced or moved aside. she could not have missed this damn fire axe as bad guy was swinging it in the freeking crosswalk. cars are backing up away from crosswalk, people are freaking.

now hes across the street. ON MY SIDE coming towrds ME! i grab a hold of M-9, slip safety off, and im about a pico-second away from drawing weapon as he approaches.

at that very moment here comes the CALVARY (4-squads) and the guy drops the axe at gunpoint. NOT 20 feet from me. cop comes over and asks me and gas station guy some questions and they hauled him off in back of squad. end of story.

TRUE FREEKING STORY! swear to GOD!

now that was just a lil over the top for me. and i like DRAMA!

freeking nutjob just about got ventilated! had he swung on that totally OBLIVIOUS OLD BAT.......i would have been forced to act. old bat had some real good karma/meds/or KUNG FU cuz she never missed a beat walking thru that crosswalk!

A guy I never met before took one of my shotguns off the rack to commit suicide with but was considerate enough to go outside to do so. It had been a nice early June saturday morning up to that point. His brother (who I did know) came by on monday to say he was sorry that it happened at my shop.
Didn't seem like a good reason to move.

Just put a few of these in your yard and you'll never have any intruders.

I would call ServPro to clean the mess up, then continue to live in my home and take pride in the fact that I successfully defended my family...

My wife bought a murder suicide house, as is with bodies and evidence removed. Every window shot out, bloody carpets and drapes, bullet holes in the sheetrock.

Fortunately, her father and brothers could swap out the carpet, because that was what they did for a living, and they got the stuff they put in the house for free. Her father is pretty handy, so he fixed her place up. She made a lot of dough when she sold it a few years later. She is always watching those ghost shows now, so I don't know how if she would do it again.

The money they could charge for admission at Halloween time alone would pay for the place - all they'd have to do is market/promote it properly.

i can hear it now upon disclosure(az. you MUST DISCLOSE ALL).............."its a lovely family home............ despite large amounts of blood/fecal matter/urine/bullet holes/brain matter/and massive lead contamination from the previous owners who had a very AGGRAVATED DEE-VORCE!"

"aside from those minor handyman DIY issues........... its got a great view!" LMFAO!

+1

I don't see what the the hub hub is about. Clean it up, get back to life. If my wife and child witnessed the shooting.....well, I might be singing a different tune. But as for me, who gives a schit? I've shot, gutted and butched plenty of animals. It doesn't keep me up at night. Hell, I think I have greater moral qualms about killing deer than some Fbag breaking in my home. F him. He deserved his fate.

I once surprised two gang-bangers trying to steal the neighbors truck with my shotgun. I was a young dumb ass full of movie scenes. My intention to run them off worked, but the next few weeks waiting for a drive-by sucked! Scared of ghosts? Bah! Gang-bangers/Familly wanting revenge....yes.

I would move because obviously I'd live in a bad neighborhood if you get hit by a home invasion while present. Ghosts? Not so much.

So where do Asian people die? Not at home? Seems like all homes are jinxed after a few decades of family life.

I do not think it has to be disclosed if someone died in a home. Even if it is a violent crime. Anyone know the laws?

a man committed suicide in one of our apts and years later another guy that rented the apt asked if anyone had ever died in there. he said would hear strange noises late at night and at times a green tinted smoke would fill the room freaking him out. we never told him about the suicide.

I don't know the law but my understanding is if they ask if anyone has died you have to tell them the truth.

A few people have died in the home I live in now. The house is 100 years old or so (that's very old for this town). I think at least three family members died in this house. Not at the same time though, and all natural causes. A man, his wife, and a Mother in law during the twenties. As was the custom of old broke miners, the bodies were laid out in the "parlor" or the front entry way for the funeral. I've never seen anyone who wasn't supposed to be here. Yet.
