A couple of years ago, I had a plumbing issue that required a real plumber, not a bodger like me. I called a well known neighborhood company and they sent 2 plumbers over in short order. It took them a couple of hours to fix the problem and all went well......... until they gave me the bill.
One of the plumbers was an aprentice and was along as part of his training / licensing program. I can't remeber the cost of the parts; but the majority of the bill was for labor X2!!!Now the job was a one-man job for sure. I asked the senior guy why I had to pay for the trainees time. A call back to their head office cleared it up. If I didn't make a stink about it, they would have assumed all was well..... Where in Van are you? Was it R*** Bros by any chance?
