I saw the Transformer edition in Concord NH that was won in a national raffle. Only one of 4 made I heard. I must admit the yellow with the black stripe kit looked pretty sharp. But that Bandit get up makes a decent retro car look cheap!
I'll think I will keep my 40 year old Porsche that still has the grin factor every time I drive it

Also, what's up with the mufflers hanging down below the body. You can see these when I'm following. Almost look like mini gas tanks. Not a very good idea.

I just saw a gunmetal gray Camaro at Best Buy the other day. It was absolutely gorgeous.

Too much stupid...a bandit Camaro.....

Reminds me of the Dukesfest I went to a few years back at Cooters' place in Sperryville VA(yeah--really)

They had about 20 cloned General Lees, which is fine if that is your cup of tea, but some of the clones were 68 Chargers, some were 70 Chargers.

If you are going to go through all the trouble to clone a well-known car, at least use the right year/model/make.....

The new camaros aren't too bad in general though--a ***** to see out of the rear, and ,low headroom, but not too bad.

There are ones out on the showroom floor for $40K+.

Let's make a short list of slightly preowned Porsche vehicles that fall into that same price range..

Early 997.
Nice 996S.
993C4S
964 Turbo.
Any 930.
Newer Boxster or Boxster S.
Cayman.

Try to convince me that the Camaro is a good decision to buy new over any of those above used.

None of those look like a Camaro.

And the Camaro does not look like a Volkswagon Beetle either, for that matter.
