Meat Cake!
A Christmas tradition at our house is what we call Meat Cake. It's basically my version of Timpano from the movie "Big Night".
   Takes 2 days to make, and now we're all stuffed

C'mon Joe, give us some details. I can see the pasta, gotta be some cheese, sausage?, and what else,....

It is absolutely hearty and delicious...... I'll have to post the recipie as its easy to make......

French Canadians have been making a version for many years called "tourtier" I think, my grandmother used to make it, very good.
