195...but I feel great! Not so much a lb loss but a definite fitness and strength improvement. Waist line has gone down...my 34 size shorts are falling off...

220.0 lbs this morning. Gotta run today to burn the weekend off.
The lenten sacrifice (yearly 47-day cleanse) of no alcohol and only winged and scaled meat has been working well.

Today my weight fluctuated between 194 (430am) and 196 (330pm)
I think it's just water weight. Or something. :-) Yeah for salads.

Back on track
Sorry everyone I haven't updated the stats. I had a rough time with sick family. Let's aim at next Monday for the next weigh in and I will do the stats. I am still at 176 - surprising for the amount of stress and lack of exercise in the last couple of weeks.

Sticking with the Paleo diet and still cutting back on beer. Still have not weighed myself. 12 weeks in and wearing jeans from 20 years ago..
