I'm still stuck at 200lbs.
I have quit eating most between meal snacks, I cycle to work at least 4 days out of 5, I try to mix a few salads into the evening meal, and eat less carbs. My downfall is Tillamook ice cream. I'm addicted to it. It's local, and it's delicious. I'll try harder for the last 30 days.

Ok, it's better than it looks. Spent a weekend sightseeing, eating and drinking the forbidden fruits...but doing some substantial walking. Then came Mon-today...had a cold all week and had to force myself to go out and run anyway (and prolong the cold). Despite all of that, the "bod" came through: 234!
I know, only 1/2 lb drop, but it gives me incentive to press on.

Boy do these 2 week weigh ins come up fast. I was not a very good student of my system this time and honestly have no right to have lost anything but I did drop a tiny bit.

Started on Feb 1, and the first two weeks were great. I've leveled out and need to get on the bike or start hitting the weights.

I didn't get into the challenge, but had hit the heaviest I had been and decided to do something about it last November. I started at 238 and am now 198. I limit my calories to 1500 a day, 400 bfst, 100 snack, 400 lunch, 100 snack, 400 dinner, 100 snack. I hit the gym 3 times a week for weights and cardio.
I know some of you may be a bit discouraged when your numbers don't drop as rapidly as you'd like, but just doing something positive for yourself is a nice reward no matter how fast the weight falls off. If you feel better physically and mentally you are already reaping the benefits. There were weeks where I lost 1 pound on the scale, but with working out I actually lost 5 lbs of fat due to gaining muscle mass and lowering my fat %. Adding a "body fat analyzer" to the equation might surprise you and give you that extra motivation. They run around $40 and help with tracking your progress. And another thing, don't skip meals, eat smaller more often. And one other thing, don't waste your money on those Richard Simmons workout videos. They suck and I think he might be gay.

I hit my goal of 170 today.
The way I'm going theres probably more in me, but I need to start building some muscle as I'd like to get some more abbage showing. I'm close to the shape I was in high school again.
