I ended the weight loss challenge at 138.6. Not what I planned but I still lost so all is good.

I haven't made it to my goal, but I think I might before long. Thanks to everyone for keeping me honest, and for making me aware of diet and exercise for the first time in a while. With luck, and some effort on my end, I won't need to join the PPOT weight loss challenge (PPOTWLC) next season.

192.

I wasn't in the challenge from the start, but I went from 210.5 on Feb 1 to 196 on April 1.

Weighed in Easter morning at 214.8lbs. That's my final answer. 21.0 lbs shed during the challenge. Still pushing to hit the target goal of 205.

I'll do another aggressive weight loss stint this summer and hit 180.

Sorry everyone for being absent. Send your final numbers, and I'll run the tally and announce the winners in the different categories! March 29 numbers please.

Thanks,

Same here, up and down but traveling does that!

Good to meet you tonight!

Still holding at 195 - but I'm working with much heavier weights in the gym and pushing bigger gears on the bike.

My march 29th numbers- right at 170. I think that was the goal I initially set. Felt good, definitly noticed a difference in the gut.

Unfortunately I stepped on the scale the other day and was back up to 175ish. Still better than the high 180's that I was at...

wish I had seen this earlier. I had really let myself go last couple of years. The next thing I knew I got on the scale and it read 265! I have never been near that much in my life.

Decided to go to a mostly raw food diet and in the last 3 weeks, I have dropped to 230. I have always been able to drop weight quickly when eating like this, but I had not been committed to staying healthy afterwards. I am committed now. I had been wearing 42 inch waist pants and got into a 38 inch pant today. That was a good feeling, but not enough. My goal is to really slim down this time and make sure I am exercising to maintain afterwards, along with not eating junk and fast food anymore (my curse). I am hoping to see 175-185 again. I am 6' 2".

Great idea this! We all need encouragement and motivation at times. Hope everyone else is doing well.

218 here... dropping about a pound every other day still. Been working out again at the gym, but the raw food diet is probably helping the most. Feeling a lot better...

I'm at 171, was 168.5, traveling is tough. My wife has lost 40 in the last year and we're doing protein shakes a few days a week when I'm at home for dinner. But, I'm comfortably wearing a pair of dress slacks tonight that I bought 20 years ago, so I can't complain too much.
