Another plus for filing a police report is that if he abuses his g/f and she files a complaint, there will be multiple reports of him being abusive.

WOW, I mean WOW!

I don't think I could have gotten better service from the Watertown Police Department than if I had just bought them all new squad cars, or gave all their kids a full season's worth of clothes.

Officer came in, interviewed me, took notes, he's going to call both of them and file an official report. He was very supportive of me as a small businessman and complimentary of the operation. He left me his card saying to call him any time and if he comes back, just dial 911 and they'll be here instantly.

Taxes well paid!

If he does that headbutt crap again: one hand on top of the other, do not interlock, on the back of his head, forearmsaround his neck, squeeze the elbows in. When you arre a business owner, this doesn't work, at least not if there is anyone else around. Plus, Shaun doesn't have the benefit of having Gators around, but a bunch of hogs do a good job of disposing of trash as well..

You did the right thing. You need the history with the Police Dpt in case he comes back and you have to deal with it. I feel sorry for the girlfriend. he is probably abusing her at some level.

I think I handled getting him out of my offices well, I am very concerned about him coming back.

What should I do, if anything?

Good job, I would have called the police as well. Just make sure you keep looking over your shoulder for the next week or so, and make sure you have a game plan in case there is another episode.

I would fire the temp as well. There are plenty of drama-free people that would probably appreciate a job out there.

Shaun did the right thing. There was only one other witness, d-bags girlfriend. I'm sure she would have been impartial.
