I am running 2 Honda EU2000's also. Runs the 15K A/C and microwave at the same time. IMO having 2 is better. If you don't need the A/C, you can hook only 1 up.
An extended run tank is almost mandatory though. Small gas tanks on the 2000's.

I need a quiet generator too.
When my 2 1/2 year old is screaming it would be nice to have a device to generate quiet conditions. I would go with the Honda. They are very quiet.

Becareful with the Honda and ethanol based fuels. They have problems if gas sits in the carb.
