No longer have an office...how 'bout a pic of Turkven's (Evren's private equity company) office building? The former East German Embassy of Istanbul. I've often wondered if anybody took a one way boat ride out of here. Or what could be buried in the back yard? Oh well, I'm sure Turkish government folks made a thorough search before placing the building on the market.

Sidney,

Guessing that you have never lived in Montana, but what you see on the ground in the above pic is just a hint of what is normally up there. They count it in the number of feet, not inches in that part of the world.

I used to, and I have pics from Halloween one year.

These days...

If I turn around

If I walk around, I can see some interesting stuff, we're 10 floors up in Downtown Houston.

Well that lasted all of 8mos. We just relocated my dept to the burbs. Good for me - commute cut from 27 miles/ 1 to 1- 1/2 hours to 12miles/ 20 minutes (reverse commute). New digs here. New corp policy has moved all non-mgt to cubes - I'm one of the lucky few.

can't figure how to download pics on the new Macbook Air.....will post pic tomorrow.

my office is in a very very very VERY HOT AIRCRAFT HANGER w/a crappy lil a/c unit. i look at either a puter screen, (4) alum sides, with a man door. (1) POS damn near melted/yellowed skylight and (4) double banger 8ft lights.

its very drab. its very bleek, and did i say ITS GAWD DAMN HOT the very second i open the door!

i have seen 140 degrees F in this damn hanger. it is a microwave. the insulated hanger is the shop hanger. this one is not insulated where office is. go figure.

but it is my job, and most days i love it. especially when all my evil plans come together for taking over the entire solar system.

we also slay dragons on an hourly basis.

but the best part....................my p-car is about 8 feet away from me and cannot be molested in any way shape or form...............because my HK is next to my puter!
