I can name 700 other unpleasant things I'd rather do...
...than work on a car.
And most of them would involve my penis.  I just spent 45 minutes of the last three hours trying to retrieve a fallen socket. Trying to pull a dead alternator from an '02 BMW X5. Socket fell and hid behind a pulley. Took 25 minutes to locate it. Can't locate the lower laternator bolt. Who builds these cars? GERMANS??  Must be payback!

These are things you would rather do than work on your car? Yeow!!
I can understand if it's your wife's car. Slamming it in a door and snapping a rat trap on it doesn't sound bad after 20 years of .... ah, never mind.
