Mrs. Mossguy has been on vacation. When she is not here, I eat differently and less, but still appropriately. My wife is an excellent cook!

this is actually the first time ive actually ventured in the OT section on pelican soooo.

Jan 3, 2012
189 lbs
5'10
22.5 bf% (by caliper not the ridiculous bmi index)

Apr 28th 2012
183 lbs.
16.5 bf% (by caliper not stupid height/ weight bmi index bull)

My diet varies from week to week but the constant is my cal intake. Im putting in between 3200 and 3300 calories a day and staying right around 200g of protein a day. my diet is pretty clean not lots of excess carbs (i am getting a fair amount thought o replenish my muscles).

my workouts are 6 days a week (missed 1 day since starting april 10th). breaking each workout into certain muscle groups as follows: I do, do some light cardio (either stationary bike or row machine) before each days workout usually 10-12 minutes just to get my blood flowing while im waiting for my morning supps to kick in fully. I did do HIIT for about 3 weeks for my cardio but, i felt my lifts suffered a bit from it as i completely drained from them. next month im going to revisit but, in a separate training session. as of last week since its started to get nice im logging 15 miles a week just walking my daughter at the park (not really exercise but, just a little extra activity).
monday: legs, core
tuesday: arms, chest, core
wedsday: chest back core
thursday: legs, core
friday: arms, chest, core
saturday: chest, back, core

supplements:
ON cake batter whey protein
ON peanut butter chocolate casein
AST 32x multi vitamin
Cellulor c4 (preworkout)
Muscle Pharm creatine
Muscle Pharm recon bcaa's (post workout)
ON zma
ON cla
Muscle Pharm shred matrix

EDIT: forgot to mention my goals were initially to not be the fat dad but, now i also just wanna be diced up. Also its a bittersweet feeling when you change your lifestyle to loose weight and you go from a size medium shirt to a large because the arms and chest dont fit right anymore.

I am stuck at 220/221
This is the Hard part I guess, the first 10 pounds were easy.
I have to change something if I want to continue dropping weight.

Portion control for me, Jon.

Schumi 05-07-2012 06:21 PM

I hit 178.5 this weekend, hovering right at 180 now.

So some days I shoot up a few pounds, but on average I'm losing.

I've cut back on beer, this is #1 priority. No more six-pack-a-night. Now it's one or two an evening. Light beers.

Portion control is #2. I had a problem, I like to cook food but I hate keeping leftovers or eating reheated food so I would cook a giant pan of food and eat all of it. I've since switched to breaking up things so that I cook smaller amounts and thus eat smaller amounts.
