failed at my goal for 177 last month on my mini cut cycle, oh well not the end of the world. on the plus side i was able to get my bf down to 15% (via caliper measurement) my weight is still pretty steady between 183lbs and 185lbs. This is great to me seeing as how i started the year off at roughly the same weight (183-185) and im still there minus a huge chunk of fat. Horay for LBM!!!

Same. Have not broken 200, but hover right at 196 or so.

I dropped about 7 lbs in 3 weeks and have remained steady for 4... Maybe weight drops 'plateau' fashion if you're not doing much different. I have to figure out the next step. I've tried to move carb/fat consumption to earlier in the day and do more vegetables for dinner...

I find weight loss does plateau. Your body gets used to a given regimen. As discussed above, you need to switch it up.
E.g. if you have been eating a big caloric deficit for months, eat equilibrium for a couple of weeks, then go back to the deficit. |

208 this morning. I keep creeping back up. I have been doing some heavy lifts at the gym though so some of it might me muscle. At least that is what I am going with.
