Hi Everyone, below is the chart based on the latest data that I have thus far. With only 5 people plus 1 new person, we have only lost a total of 307 lbs so far. We need to get back on the horse and start losing some weight.

Did one of the wife's 15 minute boot camp videos this morning. Uses bands, an exercise ball, burpies, pushups. Seems simple, but it was hard. I was tired and breathing hard when we were done.

Is it too late to join? I have been working out and eating a healthy diet starting Jan 18th. Lost some fat, gain some muscle mass. I am thinking this challenge will be good for some more motivation.

Sure. Send me your starting and ending stats and I will try to add you to the group. I can track your weight but the group decides if you can participate in the prizes at the end.

Oh didn't notice a prize! Thought it was just about bragging rights. Like I mentioned, was looking for more motivation and making goals public is one I think that will help. Well if I am excepted here is my info:

Screen name = allaircooled
Age (optional) = 36
Starting weight in pounds = 215.8 as of Jan 18th
Body height in feet/inches (required for BMI calculation) = 71"
Weight loss goal in pounds = 35 lbs, or my final weight 180

I am currently at 204.6 as of this morning.
