144.3 lb this am.

I've been trending up lately. Giving up my #1 vice has something to do with it. Also haven't been taking weekend rides with the weather so foul. Got to start using the cardio machines in the basement. Fixed the slipping belt on the treadmill last night.

Are you sure it's not 184.3? This would be up. At 144.3 you dropped 38.9 pounds. Please let me know!

As for me: Weigh-in = 146.6. It may be ounces but it's still a loss.

Jan. 23 weigh in

Down 3 lbs at 187. Great winter snow here in Wyoming and lots of cross country skiing, super efficient exercise for weight loss!

OK, since I'm already enrolled, I'll weigh in at 2 weeks from today.

Or tomorrow - ideal if the weigh in is Monday but I don't see why it would be critical

Sounds good. I will keep your 194 as your weigh-in for today.

I was hovering right around 175 again this morning. I downloaded the "myfitnesspal" app to my phone and started tracking my calories and activity. It i amazing how fast the calories add up when you have never tracked them!

Actually, I weigh 198 today. I was 200 at the doc's office first week this month and I was sick. During the sickness, I dropped to the 194 that you put down. I suspect his scale and mine are 1 pound off, his being heavier. So I temporarily lost about 5 pounds while being sick which is common.

So, I'm guessing I'm about the same as when this all started. At 194, I have a head start on myself. I should really be starting at 199. But whatever, I'm shooting for the 185.

Hi, I can change it to more reflect your current weight of 199. This way in two weeks when you weigh-in it will show actual weight lost with your goal staying at 185. Sound good?

phone/camera added to weight, so ~261.5lbs. First few pounds are the easiest. Hopefully as we go on the bulge in the middle will become smaller and smaller.

I can't believe how much clothes weigh! I said I would weigh dressed ready to go out the door because that's how I get weighed at the doc's office. There is no place to place my jacket there either, so I wear it or carry it.

This morning I got dress except for my shoes and sweatshirt. 194. I put my NB walkers on (light, or so I thought) and grabbed my hoodie. 198. So I weighed my hoodie on another lighter scale. 1 1/4 lbs.

I need to standardize my wear before hitting the scales. If I weigh naked I will be within 6 pounds of my goal. Something to watch guys and gals.
