Heh, you guys have got it easy, believe me!

To renew the registration on my '62 Chevrolet in Washington state ~$57/yr.
To renew the registration on my '08 Audi in Melbourne, Australia ~$700/yr.

That's just for the windscreen sticker! You guys also get ludicrously cheap insurance...

If I recall correctly, it was about $200 to renew the tags on my '02 530
