He made a copy of a car that originally looked a kit car.

As a project go for it, but this was not a cheap project. Why wouldn't you spend a little extra and rent or build a garage????

Now that's passion. It could so easily have become an ugly mess like so many home built specials.
The attention to detail is extraordinary. It would be very difficult to put a value on such a car...
Image if it had a Lamborghini engine and gearbox.

Seriously though, that's really cool. If I were to do a project like that it would be a kit plane and I'd probably never get half way done with it.
Here is what he can do with his Lambo now...

I bet he could have bought the real deal for less than that took to build from scratch.
But you can't put a price on the satisfaction of doing a job well

That is amazing. The tools, knowledge, money, to build that is beyond me. I get a kick out of fixing a heater core. That car looks great and I hope he finds relaxation in his new car.

One of the handles on our our pressure cooker had come loose. I took it on with my trusty leatherman. I mean, its not a Lamborghini, but I've got skillz.
