I'd have to rack my brain to come up with a list of all the great people here, trying not to leave anyone out. But I'm a lazy mofo, It would be easier coming up with a short list of the a-holes. But they don't deserve the effort or the publicity....

Yup.

There are some seriously bright folks here, from both sides of the aisle.

Pick and choose, fight or don't, hit send or don't: but for the love of god never complain.

That is unseemly.

I like all of you, own a Porsche. I don't center my life around the car. However, I really like the "off topic" stuff. What I can't read is the PARF. No need to explain.
If you are like me and are mature enough to avoid politics and religion debates then stay away from the keyboard tuff punks.
Every morning after reading the newpaper I check out Pelicanparts off topic.
Great contributions from a bunch of good people.
I have so many other passions and read on many other forums. Pelicanparts is no different.
A lot of lonely mean spirited chumps blast away on the keyboards.
Sure, I have been sucked in a couple times but to all my Porsche owner readers out there... don't go to PARF. It is repulsive.
You are here because you drive a Porsche.

There are a few I would add to my personal list but I think they are not universally admired. Anyway, RWebb is one.

BTW, I will be 22 in a few months. So Sid's not the only young person here.

No great stories about my 21 birthday here, though. It was Friday and I had a final exam and drove home in the afternoon. Then on Saturday I went to watch the Tribute to LeMans race on Saturday at Fontana Speedway/roval. I don't party.

Thanks for mentioning me, Jim. You're a good one too. That MFI speed switch is still going strong in my car.

Great post

I once replied to a post about our own mortality. One man took the time to PM me and make sure I was alright. We had a good "chat" this man does not know me...but his genuine concern re-instilled my faith in man kind. This man is known to most of you as Dottore.

My faith in man kind has been reaffirmed a few times around here and by a bunch of different people.

You are 21?!
I had assumed about 50!
No offence.
