I got 9 also.
I knew the ones about the constitution 'cause that's a hobby of mine, some of the others related to court rulings etc. I had to guess on.

but why did we have to open 25 slow-loading pages to take a freaking 12 question quiz?
Who designs these things, 10 year olds?

10 out of 12, but the one about missles, etc, is wrong. "Probably not" means that the law is unsettled, which was my answer.

I also missed the one on which gangsters were the reason behind the National Firearms Act of 1934. Again, I think this is a matter of opinion, since Bonnie and Clyde were killed in 1934. They used sawed off Browning Automatic Rifles. Basically, they invented the short barrel assault rifle!

That question was more of an opinion poll, I chose YES on that one, knowing it would be wrong. I also missed some off the 1930s-era questions.
8/12

Seriously, the website was terrible to navigate!!!

You missed the same two I did, and I agree with you on the missiles, etc. is incorrect, but not for the same reasons.

IIRC Heller said "In common use" so under Heller, missiles and machine guns, not being in common use, would not be protected arms.

Some of the distractor answers were stupid.

They aren't in "common use" because we've been restricted from them since 1934.

I'm doing the Citizenship quiz and haven't missed one yet. But the website is awfully slow and it screws up regularly

11 out of 12, and the Monitor needs to re-read the Miller decision so my wrong answer becomes right... At the time of the miller decision, full auto, sbr, sbs, etc. were not common military type items - today though they are, so based on Miller the NFA is unconstitutional.

Correct! (12 of 12 correct)
But you'd need to be Michael Moore to fail that thing.

11 out of 12. Unsettled is the deal when we look at the language contained in Miller. If we look at Miller and the importance it placed on "militia" rocket launchers could actually be ruled legal by today's standards. It is DEFINITELY not probably not.
