Net Flix movies that REALLY suck...

Looking to help PP BBS's to avoid filcks that suck so bad that you need to avoid wasting your time....

1) Comanche Moon, Road to Lonesome Dove.

Despite more than a few stars, this one sucked so badly it was painful......

If you are talking about the "on demand" Netflix movies (as opposed to the "order the DVD and get in the mail" ones),

they all suck!

If you watch anything by a production company called "The Alysum" you'll want to turn it off. Immediately.
Netflix has plenty of their drivel.

Alot of knockoff main stream movies. They got better when everyone left about 8 months ago. WE got a letter in the mail apologizing for there poor service and movie selection. They shaped up for another couple months with new streaming movies and better selection then went back to crap. We are no longer members. For $9 a month Id rather have a 2 movies a week and get new ones from the REDBox.

I don't think NetFlix has anything to do with the suckage of those movies, other than they're probably cheap to add to their catalog.

Q: "Hey Hon, what did you want to watch on Netfilx next?"

A: "Ah, I don't know, why? What did I want to watch?"

Q: "Yeah, what do you want to watch?"

A: "How much do you love me?" (Romantic Drama)

Did you know what it was going to be about before you watched it?

Trying to figure out why you give it such a poor review... on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being "love baseball," where do you put yourself?

Oh yes! Watched only the opening credits, twice! No need to go further. Good for a laugh, but obviously BAD beyond belief. Who the hell actually spends their money to produce this crap?

One of the wost movies I saw recently was "Machette"

I has a lot of big name actors but it is beyond stupid bad. It has Danny Trejo as the lead, Robert De Niro, Steven Segal, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Alba and more. It is one of those movies I kept watching expecting it to get better, but it just got worse, and I love a good action flick.

On a scale of 1 - 10, I rate baseball a -1. However, Moneyball was a great film.

I suspect you missed the point. Machete was supposed to be stupid bad. It derived from a "trailer" in Q Tarentino's grindhouse series. I thought it was pretty amusing.

Why limit the suckage to flicks on Netflix? Why not open this discussion up to any and all Hollywood movies producted in the last 10+ years? Such as...

ConAir
Avatar
Iniana Jones and the Chrystal Skull
The Last Rambo & Rocky flicks
John Carter
Rock of Ages (out now - getting terrible reviews)
Battleship (I guess the tagline, "You sunk my Battleship" still works...)
The last Mission Impossible flick
The last Sherlock Holmes flick
Paul Blart: Mall Cop

Shall I go on!?!?

Anything anime -- I can't believe how they managed to stream only the worst of the worst. Hell, I'm shocked that half of that stuff was even translated. People pay for that crap?

There is a metric buttload of bad martial arts films there, too. Not even the "good" bad stuff. Just bad bad stuff.

I suspect the "cheap to add to their catalog" statement is 100% correct.

Wayne's servers would run out of electrons if we were to pursue that line of discussion.
