Donated.

Best wishes for a great guy whom I've met a few times.

He did these t-shirts of my Rudge Whitworth for me. That is a model, not me or Shaun.

Dave,

Can you pls share a bit more on what happened?

Thx, Joe

Sure Joe - Shaun was headed down to NYC with a carload of samples and other materials for his booth at the apparel show. It was trip #2. Unfortunately, he lost control of the vehicle and went off the road, striking a tree at 65mph.

Thanks for your generous contribution, Hugh. His design work is pretty damned good. I actually saw the HQ a few weeks ago, and he had some designs up on the screen. It was amazing to watch him work.

Shaun,

I hope you get better soon - really sorry to hear of your bad luck. Take your time recovering - I wish you all the strength you need.

speedy recovery amigo.

Shaun is welcome and thanks for setting it up. I actually had the same thought about 20 minutes before I read your post on the donations. He is a really, really nice guy . He has much more energy and ambition than I could ever muster.

I'm glad to pitch in to lend a hand to our bro Shaun. And thanks to you Dave for setting up the site for donations.
Shaun, hang in there and keep yourself focused on recovery.

All the best Richard

Never met Shaun but always enjoyed his posts and generosity to others with his parts, time, and shirts. Money sent.

Get well soon, Shaun!

Kind regards,

Jesse

OMG Shaun I'm so sorry. Prayers for a full and fast recovery.
I travel the same stretch of road weekly and it's brutal.
Please call if you need anything.

MeloYelo 08-06-2012 06:49 PM

Shaun, best wishes for a speedy recovery- donated.

Unobtanium-inc 08-06-2012 06:49 PM

After all the free parts Shaun has given me (and tricked me into taking while next to us at the Hershey Swap), donating is easy. Shaun, I'll be rocking my RSR shirt for you this week. Maybe you need to come down to Rhinebeck for some upstate NY fresh air and R&R! -- Matt

I really hope it nothing to do with the suspension issues he was having with the Benz.

Off to get my credit card.

Obviously no details of the accident yet but let me tell you I-95 in that neck of the woods, (western Ct), is a ******* death road. Normal 20 mile delays @ 7 F'ing O'clock in the morning, worse at 5 F'ing O'clock. I ******* hate, ******* hate driving that road. It was named in the top 5 traffic areas in the country. Add to that the worst drivers on the planet and it is the perfect recipe for motor vehicle disaster. I know Shaun and I'd bet my bottom dollar some asswipe F'ed him. Pisses me off to no end.

Best wishes Shaun... you're in our prayers

Hey Mark, I was talking to Chris Bennet and I think Shaun is looking to get his suitcases and laptop back,, you may actually be able to help him..
Todd

Buckterrier 08-06-2012 07:21 PM

Let me know Todd. I've been putting massive hours in Agawam Mass last week and this but I'll certainly do what has to be done.
