Ferg......Would love to hear more on that Exploder Asshat.

Like Zeke I would have yanked the driver thru the windwing and stomped him with my faggy bike shoes.

Thanks Ferg....over the weekend a Doctor and his wife were smacked in a bike lane. Hit and Run.....they caught him.

I just signed up with a militant biker blog.....the wife didn't make it.

Some of you bike riders that would go after the driver of a motor vehicle after a close call...keep on mind that it will get you legitimately shot in some situations.

Not if the biker shoots first.

Since the car is a deadly weapon, a biker should be able to squeeze off a few rounds, right? After all, a man's bike is his castle...

If I am not mistaken, Colorado allows loaded guns in the vehicle (i.e. under your seat or in your door pocket). Generally I find that road rage is much reduced in such states and it may explain the bikers not throwing their bike through the windshield. . Regardless, it may also be just a question of time before someone takes out that SUV driver. All that has to happen is him or her running into a MFer that is crazier than them (aka Speeder! )

Based on the amount of hits his license plate has on Google....this guy is gonna be a bit infamous.

The PD and DA prolly won't do dick because no one in law enforcement does ANYTHING when they deal with bicyclists.......but he's gonna be the most well known Ford product since OJ's Bronco.

Well, I did say that was then. I'm not likely to go violent these days. There was a time that every lightweight didn't carry a gun. But now, with guns everywhere, everyone seems to think it's standard equipment just as a cell phone. Next thing you know, cell phones will be laser killing machines.

Speaking of lasers, why not carry one and pop the driver in the eye? Then toss it.

You know, I can't figure out whose side I'm on. I don't like most bicyclists but I don't like what drivers are doing to them. Had a bike fly off the sidewalk and shoot the crosswalk in front of me this morning. It's just a matter of time before I hit one.

JB, sorry to hear about the dr's wife. That bloody sucks.

This reminds me of the idea of a special bicycling spoon.

Alloy frame, mirror-polished; titanium cylinder; Ti fasteners; skeletonized sideplates, grip and guard; an irrational amount of drillium; maybe some carbon fiber pieces; hollow point bullets in aluminum cases. Holster integrated in a carbon fiber/Kydex saddle. The "velo-spoon" shall be made by Campagnolo, cost $3,000, come in different sizes, and be weighed to the gram.

Does anyone remember the science fiction short story that had the vehicles versus pedestrians? I think the vehicles wer all manned by paraplegics.

I did a Google...thought the name was "Wheels" or something...no joy.

Guy is a doofus, but technically there was a double yellow line (no passing). So the guy is probably trying to make a point.

I would have just braked hard enough to let this nut job by. Who needs a bunch of honking?
