Looking for ideas to spend quality time with the Mrs.
Fun stuff to go and do, but also fun stuff to do around the house. Any interesting ideas?

We went to Disney world in Florida for a week. That was fun. We rode every roller coaster, and fun ride in the park numerious times.

My wife loves going to the movies, we found a local theater that has $4 movies Tuesdays and Thursdays so we have date night every other week...
We are on a tight budget. I love going out to eat but she freaks at the cost... she breaks down and we go out to a nice restaurant about twice a month. Also try to go on a modest one week vacation once a year.

This is a family type board, so I can't share the good stuff.
 We don't do movies. We hike and watch TV together a lot when we're not doing the stuff I can't tell you about.

We started taking kayaking lessons. Figure once we get comfortable being able to right ourselves it won't be too expensive of a hobby.

We go to a restaurant about 2X a month, going to Hawaii for a week this winter, walk about an hour day in the local neighborhood but will have to skip today because of this.....

Something she may not have done. Take her go-cart racing then a couple of coffees in a nice cafe afterwards. That will get her heart racing.

Day trips up the coast or in the country. Nice relaxing drive. Stop here and there for a snack.
Take some pictures of the wildlife. We do this frequently. KT
