I have seen others on the net also. Not sure why this one is making the rounds again. I guess she is trying to prove her "realness" or "fakeness" depending on what angle you see it.

Note how she does her makeup to give herself huge eyes? There are a couple pics where she toned down the size of her eyes and she looks less like a caricature.



My guess is there's a lot less surgery there than you think. It's just clever make-up and costumes, a little photochopping...and a freakishly large set of ta-ta's.
