Just a rant

I ordered some drawer handles from myknobs.com (I know - the name alone should have told me something). The handles I received weren't the ones I ordered so I called to get an RA to return them.
"What part numbers do you want to return?" the customer "service" person asked.
" xxx 985 please."
"You didn't order any xxx 985s sir."
"i know."
Long silence.
"Well?"
"Sir, I can't authorize you to return them if you didn't order them."
"Well, I have them. And they aren't what I ordered. Doesn't that tell you something?"
"We can't issue an RA for a part you didn't order."
More silence.
"Uh, maybe we sent you the wrong parts."
"Ya think?"
"OK, here's your RA number...."

You should have ordered the right knob to begin with! Its all your fault! See what happens when a knob novice tries to do a DIY knob job without the proper specs? An experienced knobber would have this all sorted out...
