Not sure which one...on Columbia? There's a great low-key sushi place on Powell (very lowbrow) that the Japanese Consulate eats at when in town.

There's Pho Vinh on Freemont, south of the airport. Good spot...could be it, but I wouldn't say it's 'way east'.

Occasionally. I organized/mandated a food cart day for our monthly food club, though. (I think there are about 5 separate complete city blocks of food carts scattered around town now)
