When I do a 24 hour bike race, I usually wind up awake for around 40 hours between "get up time" the 24 hour race itself, then breaking down camp and heading to a hotel, etc.
Between 2 am and 4am of that stretch, I will often have visual hallucinations. Nothing like seeing things when you're riding a bike in the dark - LOL! Definitely makes things interesting. angela

Quick Draw McGraw While I was still on the tools the occasional emergency repair would pop up that would require working through the evening and into the next working day. I would just stay awake until the next sleep cycle and try to go to bed at the regular time.
