There is a chill in the air!

It may drop below 60F (15C) tonight!

We had a nice cold front come through a week or two ago. I didn't think it was going to get quite as cold this time, but the drive to/from work today was very nice.

I'll take my 100F/100% Humidity summers over snow...

Girls take off clothes in the heat!

82 with light santa ana's here. But fall is in the air. Perfect boating weather, or perhaps a bloody mary at Brophy's at the harbor

I do miss real seasons, just glad I don't have to shovel snow...

Supposed to get to 45*F tonight, surprising how close the temp in Houston and Sacramento tends to be.

A fellow resident from Chicago had a theory.

Apparently, due to a serendipitous confluence of heat and humidity, lack of zoning, pawn shops, oil money, strip clubs and freeways, Houston acts as a magnet for hot looking young women from across the South with daddy issues, wearing the least amount of clothes possible.

He had it all worked out, could have written a thesis about it.

I want snow, I drive to it.

I was starting to perspire by the end of my ride home on a motorcycle this evening. Too warm to be wearing a non-vented/-perfed leather jacket!

Now in Edmonton it is getting down to about 30 F at night. So my weekly golfing I have to wait until the sun thaws the frost before playing which is typically 9-10.

Another week or so all the golf courses will close up here because there will be frost all day and then the next golf game will be next May!

The temperature dips below 60 and it's cold?

That heat wave is known as Indian Summer here in the northeast this time of year.

Went for a bike ride in the northern part of the city for a few hours yesterday around 3pm. No arm or leg warmers. Perfect 73 degree, I was sweating like a pig.
