Solid oak in the free pile; free money, AFAIC

14' (feet!) long, 3/4 x 3" strip of what looks like very good oak. I don't know what I'll use it for, but I know I'll eventually use it up....

Nice,doesn't appear to be warped.

Free towel!

I find them routinely as they are blown off the golf carts and LSV's that populate the island.......

So far I've easily collected over 30 of them......all different styles and shapes.....but most in very good condition!

Aren't those 'model specific' Byron? Or will it fit most any vehicle?
I've never owned a roof-top bike carrier.

You can change the feet, or I could just use the rails on my factory Cheyenne racks, but the main reason I grabbed these is that I have wanted to modify a 914 top so I can carry bikes when I choose to. Hell, most of us tip more than $20 when out, so it was a no brainer.

Definitely not a Baz level deal here but still managed a like new 'levergym' with weights for half price. Fantastic seller had everything broken down and ready to go when i got to his house.

Scored a couple routers for $20.

One is an older usa Porter Cable and the other is an old Craftsman. Along with a couple jigs and a handful of bits.

Dayamn, that's nice. On the Garage Journal that would earn you a "you suck" compliment.

stevej37 07-18-2023 01:47 PM

^^^
That Craftsman Router will last a long time. I still have my Craftsman Skil-Saw that I bought in my twenties. 50 years and still runs like new.

herr_oberst 07-18-2023 02:01 PM

Good god, that PC looks brand new. The rubber cord strain relief isn't even cracked. (The Craftsman would be my permanent quarter inch roundover tool. It's be so handy just to have a spare router motor for the most commonly used cutter.)
You suck!

Yeah! I don't think either of the routers saw much use at all. I tried to get a few more things from this sale but didn't have much luck.

Hahahahahaha, nice!!! A good addition for those that have a “resort towel collection” [emoji1][emoji6]. Different colors from different resorts, so I have been told. [emoji848]

You are aware of the harbor freight jackstands recall? Tried to PM this link, but: "tabs has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space".

No matter who makes them, that style of jack stand with the lever lock has always made me nervous. I always feel like an accidental bump on the level might release them. I prefer the pin style.
