No Floyd. Tons of classical to go through. Bunch of Stevie Ray Vaughn, some AC/DC, Duran Duran, hall and Oates, etc.

My for sure keepers-

That's about the size of my CD collection. I'm glad to know it has at least 75 bucks worth of value. (Maybe $75.50; I have the Pulse album with the flashing light)

No thanks on the CD but that's funny about mentioning me. I do love a good score and when it involves some tasty tunes.....lookout!

Oh my goodness...you're not lyin'! INXS - Kick, Elton's Madman, Styx, Cars, Billy Joel, Joni, Wings, Supertramp, and even the Pulp Fiction ST!

Talk about a collector item! If not already done - remove the batteries in between usage so you don't get any corrosive damage.

For those uninitiated......

I know we've talked about this, but Pink Floyd, and by extension, Hipgnosis, really missed a trick when they spaced the flashes equally, instead of mimicking a beating heart.

(Done and done on removing the battery. That would suck to ruin a nice package with battery acid)

Now that would have been beyond cool!

I love it so much......I wonder if this will be the only personal item left in the house after I do my downsizing.....

I can appreciate that you're keeping Peter And The Wolf.

Fun fact: In the book for the movie Animal House, Otter would whistle the theme from PATW when he was about to get laid.

Might have been a deal, definitely needs some TLC, but for $2,500, and literally, just down the street from me, but I passed.

Found this from a year or so back. Yard sale at a neighbor’s. I love this state.

Just got home from the city with enough laminated flooring to do the entire basement (and then some). For less than 50cents/square foot. My Jetta (the Old Man's Car) was loaded. I am guessing close to a half ton of the stuff.
Next up: under "What are you fixing today..."

Best

I got a box of 20 of these spiders from my neighbor cleaning out her shed. She got them when a pecker was trying to get in her sons room. They are from 2009 I guess they are rare they are all 75$ each on ebay. I put them on for 25 and they are going like hotcakes

Got a Gladiator cabinet off FB Marketplace for $80. Finish is ok with surface rust on the stainless. I'm leaving it outside, so no problem.

Craigslist: Two end tables for $40 ea. When I looked them up on the net (Hollywood Regency Mahogany w/leather inset top), I see them for sale for $1600 a pair. Seems a bit high but that is what they are selling retail. These are from the 50's. I also got a matching coffee table for $40 which I gave to my neice.

Garage Sale: Bathroom Mirror for $20

Online Auction: Two old, very heavy, bistro chairs $41

All of the above will be used in my short term rental.
