Work was tossing these. 🤷
Nothing wrong with them that some goo-gone won't fix. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634567808.jpg |

Nice score. Edit: The name came to me this afternoon. Zarges Strongbox. Mine were set up with tool pallets inside. |
Found this print out for trash behind the local consignment shop. I couldnt find others of this one online so I dont know the value but his other prints go for good money http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634688279.JPG

There are folks that collect that stuff. There's a Facebook group called "can I have it vintage tool auction and sales group". That might be a good place for you to check out if you don't get much action where you have it listed. I think that's about $4 each. Where do you have them listed? |
Got a DeWalt 18v recip saw and circular saw w/battery and charger off Craigslist on Friday. $50 and I started cutting back my areca palms that were really overgrown. I ordered a B&B recip saw from Amazon and that came in on Saturday. I was looking for the 18v as I already have a DeWalt 18v hammer drill and a couple batteries.

Yes they are moulding planes mostly W.D. Gilmer and J. Stiles brand. I have them on fb marketplace someone in maine is interested i have to get them a shipping quote
|
Nice i like my 18v dewalts im still on the lookout for a grinder. I use the drill and flashlight the most also the sawzall. I have a circular saw too but i mostly use a ryobi that i modified to fit the dewalt battery. With the ryobi the battery lasts alot longer and it seems to have more power because the blade is slightly smaller

There's an 18v DeWalt impact wrench on Cl for $110. I think that is priced a little high, but tempting.

neighbor gave me the chainsaw and the tractor is a roadside pickup. I got it going already but needs more work. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634855347.JPG

More free stuff. I took some lunch over to Mom's today along with some homemade Broc Salad and a few other things and in her neighborhood these were left curbside.
The glider is in near perfect condition. Two bi-fold doors I can make shelves out of. And the radio works perfectly. I had to squirt some CRC into the rheostats to clean them up and now she's playing in the background one of my homemade compilation tapes I made in the 90's. Asia, REM, The Cars..... The guy also had a garage door opener in working condition I should have grabbed but I was on my way to pick up some stuff at Home Depot and didn't want too much stuff in the truck. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634945715.JPG http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634945715.JPG http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634945715.JPG |
Picked up an almost new supercycle full suspension bike (cheapo brand) and a Simoniz 3200psi gas pressure washer free off kijiji.
Pressure washer engine starts. It's missing a cap for the soap tank, and all the brackets to hold hoses. It's covered in dried concrete. Not pretty, but this was $700 a couple years ago. :) http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1635908794.jpg |
Saw these being tossed today on the way to one of my accounts.
Nice frame on the John Goodman poster! Very sturdy with glass. And who doesn't like a little Vincent? "Starry Night Over the Rhône" http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1636081915.JPG http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1636081915.JPG |

2 plastic printers for $75. Makerbot/Flashforge clones. Both dual-head 2 color. This one just needed a tune-up and cleaning, the second is mostly there, electronics good, but needs a new print bed. |
Not as exciting as some, but I just got five 50 inch and two 31 inch bessey parallel clamps for 25 apiece. All new, never used.
Bonus, guy was a custom guitar maker who just didn't need clamps that size. Nice to chat with a cool cat, probably the best part of the deal! |

G'day Curt.......Crikey....I have one of those! :p

Baz - Ha!
A nice score yesterday at a 'Front Porch' sale in a trailer park  Late 60s Clebar Chrono (made by Zodiac). Found in a shoebox with a bunch of crap watches. $2. Before and after a bit of cleaning and installing a period-correct mesh diver strap. Still working on stuck pushers and caseback. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1636900496.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1636900515.jpg |
