Yes, primers are small pistol primers.
It turns out the guy (old friend in high school) actually never used the Dillon press. He had a Lee Reloader that he had been using. Decided to get a Dillon and never took it out of the box. He opened it, but never set it up. Then changed his mind about pistol shooting. All the other rounds (3000) he made on the Lee. I have the press all set up. I am waiting on bullets so I can set the last 2 stations. Then it is time to play ! |

I paid the dollars, but not many. A 1$ reserve online auction and only one other interested bidder. It was from a house FULL of interesting stuff. An upper middle class hoarder. So some fascinating belongings. The cats were terribly concerned, so I guess she had a big mean ole Tomcat that left some scent on the sofa. Dogs didn't care and thought it was OK but not great LOL

There was one last week at someone's curb but I'm not a big fan of that woven kind of furniture so I passed. Was going to stop and get a closer look on the way back but another party had just pulled up and were in the process of hauling it away. I'm almost out of extra space here at this point anyway. |
It's the rolled arm look I like. There was one a while ago on auction but it got a bit too expensive. I thought about making a wooden on but I decided I didn't want another project. So when this came up I got it.
Your place, with the tropical look, would suit some cane furniture. Where I live it's just a harsh windswept bit of coastline that pretends to be tropical at times. |
Not very interesting I know BUT I've had so much pleasure with the old fashioned orange juice squeezer I scored. It's like what we had when I was a kid but better. This one is large. I've got an electronic juicer that works well but it's a pain to clean so I usually can't be bothered. This one is a quick rinse and it's done. $5.

I saw this vise on FBMP and jumped on it. It looked like a Wilton and according to the guy over on Garage Journal, it is a Wilton Tradesman. It isn't worth as much as the Wilton machinist vises. Still, a nice 8" vise for $150. Weighs about 100 lbs. And it has the nice fabricated mount that would be useful if I had a welding truck (I don't LOL).

Scored a big load of vintage rc plane radios… not sure what if anything I can do with them, though there does seem be a few vintage rc collectors out there.
