Garage
finally, all tools in one spot

Tired of going back and forward to find tools and decided to build a mobile work bench/tool box.

Thought I would share some pictures,

Cool! You must race dirt Karts?

Is that a bottle opener on the side?

very nice

... but, after you overflow it, all your tools will not be in the same place

you can predict when that will happen using a simple equation involving 'fill level now' 'rate of tool buying' and 'ability to control self and/or sell old tools'

Yup we race on-road go karts here in BC, and no bottle opener but anchor for strapping down in trailer. Very good idea thou.....Should be in version 2.0...

Ok you got a point there, let's re-frase that. The most important tools in one spot! Selling old tools? nehh........

I like it.

I especially like the proper wheels and casters so you can get it to were it's needed.

Nice work. I'll have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I clicked on this - I thought you were talking about PARF.

What drives people to keep doing more & more projects?

Beautiful work!

Very nice. After doing a really nice pegboard setup on my garage wall I'm going to go with something like this instead, I'm tired of walking across the room multiple times to do a simple task. Take the tools to the work, work smarter not harder.

Beautifully done. Years ago someone broke into my garage and stole a bunch of my tools. Everything on wheels would make theft a whole lot easier - make sure it is secured at night and when you are away from home.

We recently unearthed a cart like this that we had buried in junk after dad picked it up at an auction years ago. Grab all the tools you think you will need and throw on the top shelf, parts and what not on the next two, works pretty well, and only have to make a few runs back to the tool boxes.
