I just watched Wonder Woman 1984. Gal is worthwhile, the movie is a hot mess.

Just remarkable.

Especially the very last part of the final episode.

"Grandpa were you a hero?"

"No, but I served in a company of heroes"

Afterwards... Plese also watch "The Pacific".... same production company. Pelilieu (sp?) is awful; unneccesary.

Bad times at the El Royale. Crazyness. I liked it. Not a Tarantino movie but if you like his stuff, you will like this.

Watched "Die Hard 2" for like the tenth time in my life just yesterday, when it was on television. Wow, Bruce Willis still impresses me. Can't really grasp the fact that he's now mid-aged. Really great film anyways, everyone should see it.

If you haven't seen it, check out Willis in the 2018 remake of Death Wish. He's really good in it, as he is in all his flicks!

The Midnight Sky....one of the worst sci-fi movies I've ever seen. It's on Netflix if you want to throw away two hours of your life.

Agree with Steve, that movie sucked balls.

JackDidley 01-10-2021 06:26 PM

Breach. Bruce Willis. Fleeing a devastating plague on Earth, an interstellar ark comes under attack from a new threat -- a shape-shifting alien force intent on slaughtering what's left of humanity.

Agreed. It started slow, then decelerated over the next two hours....

Totally, but I still enjoyed it 10x more than Wonder Woman 84 ;-)

That seals my decision as to see WW84....Thanks!

Super-Hero movies are getting worse the last few years.

^^^ Hubba Hubba ;)

I watched this last night. It's been a while but I manged to find a copy of Unforgiven - 20th Anniversary Edition on Blu-Ray. What's striking is how the tone of the movie changed completely after the first cowboy was shot and then it was like all hell broke loose then they shot the second. At the end you're left with so many questions... After everything that happened I can't imagine how the "Ladies" would be able to continue living in Big Whiskey. IRL They would have to move to another town and very quickly.

IMO Probably the best Western ever made. (If not the best it's certainly in the top three!)
