I'm thinking that 2+2 does =5 because we are expanding at a rate beyond an exponential factorial...things are getting bigger.

It's just the normal swelling you get after a little abuse.

Take it easy.

You forgot to add that his palms will get hairy and he'll go blind as well.

I think the current forum is just a reflection of our current society. A lot of anger at times, no compromise at all and some members always in attack mode.

The big change, IMHO, is that everyone considers them self an expert on everything because they read a slanted Internet blog about the subject. Before, one had to read a book...and many obviously have not.

It used to be that anyone posting here...was here because they had a Porsche...and liked an OT/PARF diversion/news/etc. Now, many come because they googled some issue and a PP post popped up...and they stayed to debate.
^^Agree^^
Well put, fintstone.

So one can conclude that there are more quality people to draw on and also more ...let's put it this way nere do wells, abusers , antagonists and rowdies. Us Canadians have a reputation of being too nice to be in any of the last three categories. Some might disagree!

If you are too nice in this forum it does not pay. The vultures come and pick you clean....

One sure would like to know what it is that you smell is in the wind. Define the odorous matter, and present your rational. Put you intuitive process on the line an let us see if it floats.

This Board is not like Las Vegas where what happens here says here. Content from this Board does make it into the outside world.

What was it again that the President was talking about when he mentioned "Working on a farm" again in his joint news confrence with President Hollande at roughly 1:00 PM EST?

Don't worry, it's the weather. You guys are all housebound and suffering from cabin fever. Tabs for instance is usually cruising the buffets, but instead is on the gin and tonics as his staple diet.

U forget that one lives in the temperate climate in the American SW, and as such there is no such thing as being housebound...except in the frkin summer...Also one does not indulge in libation nor any other substance that alter ones conscious state.

So gentlemen let us disabuse ourselves of that notion and stick to a perceived reality that there is more to it than meets the eye.

Well that eliminates the most reasonable cause of the nature of your posts....sigh.

Is it congenital? Do your siblings suffer as well?

I looked for a quote thinking this was out of a movie.

Closest I could find.

Quote:
General "Buck" Turgidson: Ahem... The Duty Officer asked General Ripper to confirm the fact that he *had* issued the go code, and he said, uh, "Yes gentlemen, they are on their way in, and no one can bring them back. For the sake of our country, and our way of life, I suggest you get the rest of SAC in after them. Otherwise, we will be totally destroyed by Red retaliation. Uh, my boys will give you the best kind of start, 1400 megatons worth, and you sure as hell won't stop them now, uhuh. Uh, so let's get going, there's no other choice. God willing, we will prevail, in peace and freedom from fear, and in true health, through the purity and essence of our natural... fluids. God bless you all" and he hung up.

And Freud said, "Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar." Or perhaps a coincidence is a coincidence. But it is when the number of coincidence start to add up that it no longer just becomes coincidence but a pattern has been established.
